English mastiffs

English mastiffs can be fawn, apricot or brindle in color with a black mask.

They are well known for an incredible tolerance and kindness with children, they'll let kids lay on them put makeup on them, paint their nails etc. even as pups, like Tawny below with the blue eye shadow was only about 4 months old in photo (she now weighs ~150).

    

 Samson shown below is brindle (his coloring is sometimes called reverse or black brindle) ~190 lbs.

English mastiffs are a very old breed of dog and many other breeds have been adapted from this breed, they have been protectors most of their history. Tawny and Samson are often working at the poolhouse if you would like to meet a mastiff in person.
